After the user has been invited he/she should get an email with the credentials to log in.If the user has logged in the status of the user will be changed to active. It will be available to see on the User manage page. You can search the user by First/Last name or by email and check his status. If the status is “Active” it means that the user has been logged in successfully.
Regarding the reset of the user password process. On the User manage page, there is a red button called Reset. On every user row, there is a red button called Reset. By clicking on it the password of the user will be changed and the user will get an email with the new credentials.
And of course, if the user has an issue with the login process. He/she should click on the “Forgot the password” button on the login page, then the user has to put his email and click the send button. After all the steps are done the user will get an email with the link which will allow changing the password.
